Responsibilities:
- Lead execution of complex HEOR evidence generation studies (prospective/retrospective observational studies), including COA strategy, PRO measure development/validation, systematic literature reviews, cost-effective analyses, budget impact models, and indirect treatment comparisons.
- Lead external research partners to ensure robust scientific methods, compliance with local regulations, accountable for study design, data analysis, and evidence quality; manage projects to deliver on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with medical communications on publication strategy; ensure timely, high-impact dissemination of HEOR evidence.
- Partner with Global Pricing & Market Access on product value proposition/value messaging and co-lead global launch deliverables (e.g., global value dossier).
Qualifications & Skills:
- Strong publication record in peer-reviewed journals.
- Strong background in clinical outcome assessment (COA) measurement strategy; PRO development/validation and qualitative research methodology.
- Technical HEOR expertise; ability to formulate/lead rigorous research projects (prospective and site-based research preferred).
- Strong written/verbal communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences.
- Excellent project and people management skills (vendors and internal teams) with cross-functional alignment.
- Ability to apply knowledge of US healthcare system, global health technology appraisal requirements, and clinical development to identify evidence gaps and design evidence strategies.
- Understanding of pharmaceutical industry legal/regulatory environment and strong compliance/ethics.
Education & Experience:
- PhD, MD, Masterβs, MPH, or PharmD in a relevant discipline.
- Typically 8+ years of relevant experience in Global HEOR (pharma/biotech) or equivalent education/experience.
Pay Range: $176,000β$264,000. Eligible for annual bonus and annual equity awards.
Flex Designation: Hybrid (remote up to 2 days/week) or On-Site (5 days/week on-site)
