Position Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level commercial support for annual gross revenue and margin targets within budgeted expenses.
- Drive new business growth and customer retention within assigned accounts (Embrex, Hatchery Vaccines, VMD).
- Partner with local market Poultry/BioDevice Business Unit Managers to develop strategies, identify key customers, and business opportunities.
- Deliver Hatchery portfolio product training to local teams.
- Support alignment with the Global BioDevices strategy; coordinate BioDevices commercial activities in assigned markets/regions.
- Promote and support lease, sales, and package programs for Hatchery Vaccines, BioDevices, Parts, and Services.
- Manage monthly/quarterly/annual BioDevices portfolio forecasting.
- Lead complex-level customer communications regarding products and services.
- Develop account plans; maintain customer knowledge and use Hatchery Database and CRM tool.
- Maintain internal communications with Customer Service, Veterinary Services, Marketing, market commercial teams, and Global Hatchery Operations; build industry network.
- Prepare industry/customer/sales/competitive reports; build customer loyalty; provide marketing plan feedback.
- Provide proactive guidance for Operating Plan development and execution.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs degree in Agricultural Sciences, Life Sciences, Agribusiness, Business, or related field.
- 7+ years in poultry/animal health/agriculture/related industry.
- 4+ years commercial/customer-facing experience.
- Bilingual in English/Spanish.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Highly developed interpersonal skills; 7+ years BioDevice experience.
- Business acumen; strong oral/written communication.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks; Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project).
- Attention to detail; teamwork.
- Ability to respond to common customer/regulatory inquiries or complaints.
Physical/Other:
- Field role; travel overnight ~50%; valid driverβs license and clean driving record.
- Work in animal environments and cGMP/Human Flu Vaccine Production facilities; located in supported Region.
Benefits/Compensation (as stated):
- Base salary range: $140,000β$220,000; eligible for short- and long-term incentives; 401(k) with match/profit sharing; healthcare/insurance from day one; 4 weeks vacation.
