Global ERP Operations Lead, SAP Platform

Role: Global ERP Operations Lead responsible for the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of Amgen’s SAP (S/4HANA) platform. Responsibilities: oversee global ERP run operations ensuring high availability, security, compliance (GxP, SOX, GDPR), and performance; implement AI-enabled Operations and AIOps for resilience and efficiency; define KPIs and SLAs; lead automation, standardization, and modernization initiatives; manage security, access, and patching; lead and develop a global team; collaborate with solution, infrastructure, and delivery teams. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of experience or equivalent, with 10+ years preferred; deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, and enterprise system integrations; proven experience managing SAP landscapes at scale; knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS), automation, ITIL, and regulatory compliance in GxP environments; strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
