Role: Engineering Governance & Project Controls Manager responsible for implementing and maintaining global engineering standards, project controls, and lifecycle documentation for medical device manufacturing facilities. Key objectives include standardizing project processes from initiation to closeout, ensuring regulatory and operational compliance, and driving continuous improvement across sites. Responsibilities: oversee governance, project scope, cost, schedule, risk, change management, and documentation standards; serve as primary interface with external engineering and construction partners; lead global documentation efforts; and support development of engineering systems and SOPs. Requirements: bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering; 10+ years in engineering within regulated environments, with 3β5 years managing engineering projects; knowledge of project controls, engineering change management, ISO, QSR, and design control procedures; experience in developing engineering standards and managing documentation systems. Preferred: experience with medical device manufacturing, validation, and facility upgrades; familiarity with CAD, data management, and environmental, health, and safety protocols. High-value: regulated medical device manufacturing, facility engineering, project governance, lifecycle documentation, cross-functional collaboration, global scope, and experience with construction, commissioning, and validation activities.
