Employee Relations Responsibilities:
- Conducts employee relations investigations, including reviewing new matters, creating an investigation plan, conducting interviews, reviewing findings, and communicating recommendations and outcomes.
- Proactively manages cases, tracking and monitoring progress and stays in communication with reporters and witnesses as appropriate from the start of the investigation process to closeout.
- Consults with HR Business Partners leading investigations to provide guidance as a subject matter expert and policy interpreter to help ensure investigations are completed in a timely manner and in alignment with fair and consistent outcomes and best practices.
- Follows up on open cases, tracking their progress with a focus on timely and complete resolutions, as well as safeguarding confidentiality and data integrity.
- Monitors and responds to reports through the “Safe to Say Helpline” and Employee Relations mailbox.
- Supports regular metrics and reporting process, leading with data driven insights to identify patterns and hotspots.
- Ensures proper maintenance of electronic employee relations records and tracking of cases.
- Collaborates with HR Business Partners, Compliance and other COEs to partner on open matters and keeps them informed as appropriate.
- Proactively monitors trends and partners with HRBPs and Global Talent and Development to identify areas of opportunity and propose proactive measures, trainings, programs, and interventions to drive improvements in employee engagement.
- Collaborates across regions and cultures to ensure consistent standards while adapting to local regulations and norms.
- Contributes as a member of the Talent and Engagement team to strategic projects and initiatives as assigned.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 7+ years of HR experience in Employee Relations or as an HR Business Partner with experience leading investigations.
- Able to work in a matrixed and collaborative environment and demonstrates a “One Zoetis” mindset; champion of “Always do the right thing.”
- Demonstrated success working in a global, complex organization across functions, regions, cultures, and levels.
- Highly organized and driven to deliver results.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively with a highly collaborative approach.
- Executive presence and strong communication skills to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Embraces change and views challenges as opportunities.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Workday a plus.
- Fluency in Spanish a plus.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Eligible for short-term incentive compensation.

- US base salary range (full-time): $105,000.00–$151,000.00.
