Global EHS Director

Role: Global Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) Director overseeing strategic and operational EHS leadership across manufacturing sites worldwide. Responsibilities: develop and implement global EHS management systems aligned with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, ensure regulatory compliance, lead audits and risk assessments, manage incident investigations, and foster a proactive safety culture through training and engagement initiatives. Collaborate closely with executive leadership, site operations, engineering, facilities, HR, ESG, and external partners; build strong matrixed relationships and influence across global manufacturing locations. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Safety, or related field; professional certifications such as CSP, CIH, or CHMM; 10+ years of progressive EHS leadership in manufacturing, with experience managing global programs, audits, and regulatory interactions. Preferred: Master's degree, deep knowledge of OSHA, EPA, international regulations, and Lean/continuous improvement practices.
