Responsibilities:
- Lead the Global Product Team (GPT) and Global Development Team (GDT) for a specific asset/product.
- Own clinical development of the product/indication and oversee creation/execution of the clinical development plan.
- Build and deliver an integrated product strategy through milestones/decision points to drive approvals and maximize product value.
- Communicate program metrics, milestones, and risks to the Disease Area Head (DAH); serve as primary governance interface for OLT/OSGT.
- Manage R&D budget (with GPTs) at or below target; identify savings and funding re-distributions.
- Partner with Oncology Commercial, BD & Commercial Development to valuate US/ex-US investment opportunities.
- Integrate regulatory and statistical input into trial design; drive regulatory health authority interactions.
- Drive team vision/strategy alignment across global functions; ensure clear communication and reflection in operations.
- Lead talent acquisition and performance management for core program team sub-teams.
- Own safety evaluations/decisions; ensure optimal clinical pharmacology for dose/schedule selection.
- Incorporate external input from advisory boards/steering committees; support leadership presentations.
- Set objectives, prioritize work, manage risks/issues, and ensure contingency planning.

Qualifications/Skills:
- MD with 10+ years relevant experience in pharma/academic/medical research.
- Experience across early/late-stage development, regulatory filings (BLA/NDA, sBLAs/sNDAs), and product lifecycle management (preferred).
- Proven ability to lead data-driven strategy; proactive decision-maker.
- Alliance management experience.
- Strong matrix leadership, communication/presentation skills, business acumen.
- Staff management/mentoring and highly collaborative relationship-building skills.
- Oncology experience required.

Benefits/Compensation (as stated):
- Base salary range: $295,900–$493,100; bonus target 30% and long-term incentive eligibility; comprehensive benefits including 401(k), paid leave, and medical/dental/vision.
