Role: Global Development Lead (GDL) overseeing clinical development for Pfizer's Internal Medicine assets. Objectives: lead cross-functional teams, develop and endorse clinical development plans, and support global regulatory submissions. Responsibilities: manage clinical trial design, execution, and data interpretation; collaborate with external partners; contribute to regulatory documents including INDs, development safety updates, and product labels; and provide therapeutic area expertise in chronic weight management, endocrinology, or internal medicine. Requirements: PhD/PharmD; 8+ years in clinical research with experience in Phase 1-3, global regulation, GxP compliance, and translational medicine. Preferred: leadership of large teams, experience in obesity or related fields. High-Value: expertise in clinical development for late-stage assets, global regulatory strategy, and stakeholder engagement; willingness for up to 30% travel; hybrid onsite role in the U.S. with focus on cross-functional collaboration, including clinical, safety, statistics, and regulatory teams.
