Role: Serve as Global Development Lead (GDL) for clinical development of assigned Internal Medicine assets at Pfizer, overseeing global clinical strategies and cross-functional teams. Responsibilities: lead the creation and endorsement of Clinical Development Plans, design protocols, ensure regulatory approval and reimbursement worldwide, including China and Japan; contribute to regulatory documentation such as labels, safety reports, and submission materials; partner with external organizations and internal teams on study execution, innovation, and patient engagement; provide therapeutic area expertise, oversee data review, and support regulatory submissions. Requirements: PhD/PharmD with 8+ years in clinical research, particularly in chronic weight management, endocrinology, or internal medicine; extensive knowledge of ICH/GCP, global regulations, and clinical trial processes in Phase 1-3; leadership experience managing large, matrixed teams; strong strategic, regulatory, and scientific acumen.
