Global Development Lead, Internal Medicine, Sr. Director (MD)

Role: Global Development Lead (GDL) in Pfizer's Internal Medicine division, responsible for clinical development strategy and execution for assigned assets, including regulatory submissions and cross-functional leadership. Responsibilities: lead clinical development plans, oversee study design, partner with internal and external stakeholders, contribute to regulatory documents, and support product labeling and safety reporting. Accountable for securing global approval and reimbursement, including in China and Japan, and managing pediatric development plans. Requirements: MD or DO, 8+ years in clinical research within chronic weight management, endocrinology, or internal medicine, with proven experience in Phase 1-3 trials, regulatory standards (ICH/GCP), and global clinical development.
