Role: Serve as Global Development Lead (GDL) for Clinical within Pfizer's Internal Medicine portfolio, acting as the single clinical accountability point for asset development. Responsibilities: lead cross-functional clinical teams in designing, executing, and interpreting studies; create and endorse comprehensive Clinical Development Plans; support global regulatory submissions; provide therapeutic area expertise, particularly in cardiometabolic and obesity indications; and engage external stakeholders. Requirements: BS with 12+ years or PhD with 7+ years in clinical/industry research, with extensive experience in late-stage cardiometabolic drug development, global regulation, and GxP standards. Preferred: proven leadership managing large teams, experience with global regulatory strategies, and a track record of successful clinical program delivery.
