Global Development Lead, Internal Medicine (Sr. Director)

Role: Global Development Lead (GDL) overseeing clinical development for Pfizer's Internal Medicine assets, including research, regulatory submission, and cross-functional team leadership. Responsibilities: lead the Clinical Development Team, design and endorse Clinical Development Plans and protocols, support global regulatory submissions, and collaborate with external partners. Accountable for regulatory strategy, pediatric study planning, and ensuring trial feasibility. Contribute to target product profiles, safety reporting, product labeling, and stakeholder engagement, including external advisory boards. Qualifications: BS with 12+ years or PhD with 7+ years in clinical research/industry, with experience in cardiometabolic or type 2 diabetes programs preferred.
