Qualifications: BS with 12+ years or PhD with 7+ years in clinical research/industry, with experience in cardiometabolic or type 2 diabetes programs preferred. Deep knowledge of clinical development, ICH/GCP standards, and global regulatory standards. Skills include leadership, cross-functional influence, conflict resolution, and strategic decision-making.
