Global Development Lead, Internal Medicine (MD, Sr. Director)

Role: Serve as Global Development Lead (GDL) within Pfizer's Clinical team, overseeing clinical development for Internal Medicine assets and supporting regulatory submissions. Responsibilities: lead cross-functional teams in study design, execution, and interpretation; develop and endorse Clinical Development Plans and protocols; provide therapeutic area expertise; support regulatory documentation including INDs, CTDs, and safety reports; collaborate with external partners under Pfizer’s Partner of Choice model; and ensure compliance with GxP standards.
