Role: Senior Manager, Early Commercial Dermatology, Respiratory, and Other Specialty within Pfizer's Inflammation & Immunology (I&I) portfolio, reporting to the Disease Area Lead. Objectives: Develop and support long-term commercial strategies, portfolio prioritization, early assessment, and investment decisions across dermatology, respiratory, and specialty areas to maximize patient impact and enterprise value. Responsibilities: Craft disease-area strategies, guide portfolio trade-offs, lead early commercial assessments for pipeline assets, and support external innovation and business development. Collaborate with R&D, Medical Affairs, Access, and Commercial teams to translate scientific insights into strategic recommendations. Foster cross-functional alignment, influence without authority, and promote AI-enabled workflows to improve decision-making efficiency. Qualifications: Bachelorβs degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred. Minimum 6+ years in pharma, biotech, or related fields with experience in strategic planning, market research, or commercial development, especially in complex therapeutic areas such as dermatology or respiratory. Skilled in synthesizing scientific, market, and access data; experience in portfolio management, early asset strategy, and external collaborations is valued.
