Position Summary
- Director, Global Commercial Strategy – Type 1 Diabetes (T1D)
- Shape and execute the global commercial strategy for the T1D portfolio; collaborate cross-functionally to commercialize innovative therapies addressing unmet needs of patients with T1D.

Key Responsibilities
- Support development and execution of the global commercial strategy for the T1D portfolio.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities, challenges, and trends.
- Collaborate with R&D, medical affairs, regulatory, and market access to align commercial strategy with clinical development plans.
- Contribute to launch plans (segmentation, positioning, pricing, promotional strategies).
- Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders (HCPs, patient advocacy groups, industry partners).
- Provide input/support to regional and local commercial teams, with a focus on the US market.
- Monitor and assess portfolio performance; provide insights and recommendations.
- Represent the commercial team in cross-functional meetings and provide strategic input.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or related field; MBA/advanced degree preferred.
- 8+ years in biotech/pharma/healthcare, including 3+ years in strategic marketing or commercial roles.
- Global strategic marketing experience across multiple geographies.
- Direct US market experience and understanding of dynamics, stakeholders, and regulatory environment.

Skills/Competencies
- Market development expertise for breakthrough, patient-centered therapies.
- Use patient-driven insights for TPP, segmentation, messaging, and digital tools.
- Strong analytical/strategic thinking; translate data into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication/interpersonal skills; cross-functional influence.
- Experience supporting global/regional launch planning and execution.
- Strong business acumen; manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
