Global Commercial Head, IO GU & Women’s Cancers

Role: Global Commercial Head for IO GU & Women’s Cancers within AstraZeneca’s Oncology franchise, responsible for developing and executing global commercialization strategies across the full product lifecycle. Core responsibilities include leading market shaping strategies, managing cross-functional Integrated Business Teams, ensuring successful product launches, and optimizing in-market performance through collaboration with R&D, Market Access, Medical, and regional teams. Qualifications: Bachelor's in business or life sciences; extensive experience in pharmaceutical development and commercialization, especially oncology; proven track record in global strategy, launch planning, and lifecycle management; leadership in complex, matrixed environments. Preferred: Advanced degree (MBA, PhD, MD), global/in-market experience, oncology or specialty care leadership, healthcare policy expertise.
