Role: Senior Specialist, GCS Process Steward focused on Packaging Execution within the clinical supply chain. Objectives include defining, documenting, and optimizing processes supported by SAP capabilities, ensuring compliance and efficiency. Responsibilities involve leading process development, acting as SAP domain expert, driving system-based solutions for packaging and operations planning (BOMs, Recipes, ECM), supporting process standardization, SOP review, and stakeholder collaboration. Manage enhancement requests, contribute to global process networks, and oversee issue resolution and CAPAs. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering with 5+ years of supply chain or manufacturing experience; 3+ years SAP experience in production execution, master data, and quality/Warehouse management; strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. Preferred: expertise in system and process design, SAP implementations, clinical packaging processes, and experience within pharma or life sciences. High-Value: focus on clinical supply chain, validation of GMP-compliant processes, SAP modules, and global cross-functional stakeholder engagement. Work setup: hybrid with 10% travel; based in the US.
