Job Responsibilities:
- Interprets clinical study protocols/dosing schema and translates requirements into IMP demand/supply planning and distribution strategies, including depot inventory management.
- Performs demand and/or supply forecasting and planning (9–18 month horizon).
- Translates forecasts into clinical packaging and labeling (CPL) execution plans.
- Supports contract/quote reviews and purchase order/invoice reconciliations.
- Develops and implements depot and clinical site seeding and resupply strategies.
- Executes operational/logistics strategies with Quality Assurance and other groups to ensure on-time, safe delivery of clinical shipments.
- Collaborates with logistics, GCSC, PDM, and external partners to resolve shipping issues; escalates as needed.
- Develops clinical supply strategies/plans with a focus on delivering compliant, quality IMP on time in full.
- Ensures accurate depot inventory/records via timely reconciliation; monitors incidents/issues.
- Reports/escalates issues and investigates root causes as appropriate.
- Uses Gilead systems (e.g., SAP, IVRS, QMS) to enable compliant IMP progression; authors SOPs and work instructions as directed.
- Supports regulatory filings and inspections.
- Maintains compliance for CSR and TMF deliverables; supports GDP/GMP/global trade compliance.
- Maintains required training; obtains/reviews quotes and approves purchase requisitions and invoices.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and 6 years’ experience; OR Master’s degree and 4 years’ experience.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong clinical supply management knowledge (forecasting, demand/supply planning, distribution strategies, IVRS, ERP).
- Knowledge of clinical study designs, blinding practices, global trials, and Clinical Demand & Operations Planning (CD&OP).
- Experience managing comparator drugs/co-meds.
- Ability to collaborate/influence/negotiates across cross-functional teams and external suppliers.
- Strong written/verbal/interpersonal communication; strong computer skills.
- Ability to manage complex program resources/timelines; project management a plus.
