Job Responsibilities:
- Interpret clinical study protocols/dosing schemas and translate into IMP demand/supply planning, distribution strategies, and depot inventory management.
- Perform demand and/or supply forecasting and planning (9–18 months).
- Translate forecasts into clinical packaging and labeling (CPL) execution plans.
- Support contract/quote reviews; purchase order and invoice reconciliations.
- Develop and implement depot and clinical site seeding and resupply strategies.
- Execute logistics/operational strategies with Quality Assurance and other groups to ensure on-time, safe delivery of clinical shipments.
- Collaborate with Logistics, GCSC, PDM, and partners to resolve shipping issues; escalate as needed.
- Support clinical development and PDM strategies to deliver compliant, quality IMP globally on time in full.
- Ensure accurate depot inventory/records; track incidents and resolve root causes; assist with CAPAs.
- Use systems (e.g., SAP, IVRS, QMS) to progress IMP; author SOPs/business process work instructions.
- Support regulatory filings/inspections; maintain CSR and TMF compliance.
- Maintain GDP/GMP and global trade compliance; keep training compliant.
- Obtain/review quotes; approve purchase requisitions and invoices.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Clinical supply management expertise (forecasting, demand/supply planning, distribution strategies, IVRS/ERP).
- Clinical study design/blinding/global trials knowledge (Phase 1–late); CD&OP knowledge.
- Experience managing comparator drugs/co-meds.
- Ability to collaborate/influence/negotiation with cross-functional teams and suppliers.
- Communication, computer skills, and ability to manage complex study/program timelines (PM experience a plus).

Compensation/Benefits (as stated):
- Bay Area: $136,340–$176,440; Other US: $123,930–$160,380. Discretionary bonus/long-term incentives, paid time off, and company-sponsored medical/dental/vision/life insurance.
