Role: Global Clinical Program Lead in Late Respiratory and Immunology, responsible for overseeing a significant portion of complex clinical programs targeting respiratory indications. Objectives include strategic study design, execution, and cross-functional collaboration to generate data on benefits and risks aligned with global regulatory and market needs. Responsibilities encompass supervising a team of medical directors/scientists, ensuring ethical and scientific integrity, overseeing safety monitoring, contributing to study documentation, and representing the program with health authorities. The role involves setting program vision, managing risks, and supporting publication strategies. Requirements: MD, PhD, or equivalent; 5-8+ years in clinical development with experience in respiratory therapeutics; strong knowledge of GCP, biostatistics, pharmacovigilance, and global regulations; excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills. Preferred: experience leading Phase IIb/III/IV respiratory trials, collaborative skills across global teams, and working within a fast-growing pipeline. High-Value: focus on late-phase respiratory/Immunology indications, international study oversight, regulatory interactions, and cross-disciplinary leadership. Work Setup: full-time, hybrid with some travel, reporting to the Global Clinical Head.
