Role: Global Clinical Program Lead in Hematology, overseeing clinical development of hematology/oncology therapies from preclinical to late-stage trials. Responsibilities include defining clinical strategies, managing cross-functional teams, ensuring project delivery within scope, budget, and timelines, and leading regulatory submissions. The role involves developing integrated clinical plans aligned with business and scientific goals, inspiring team collaboration, and maintaining high-quality data packages for regulatory approval. Requirements: M.D. with at least 7 years of industry experience in early and late-phase drug development, with strong hematology/oncology therapeutic area expertise, regulatory knowledge, and leadership skills in matrixed environments. Preferred skills include the ability to communicate complex science effectively, influence senior stakeholders, and mentor teams. High-value specifics: focus on hematological cancers, involvement in immuno-oncology, tumor drivers, DNA damage response, antibody-drug conjugates, cell therapy, or epigenetics; experience leading projects through proof of concept to Phase 3; and familiarity with global regulatory strategies. Work setup: hybrid with minimum 3 days in-office. The position reports to the Global Clinical Head and requires cross-functional collaboration and external stakeholder engagement.
