Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing/category strategies for bioprocess raw materials and single-use technologies.
- Negotiate worldwide to deliver savings via anticipation and consolidation of business needs; prepare robust negotiation plans.
- Negotiate complex Bioprocess Master Supply Agreements and performance-based contracts.
- Drive transversal category initiatives to build state-of-the-art sourcing practices and innovation.
- Conduct supplier business reviews and manage global business reviews with strategic partners.
- Leverage generative and predictive AI for sourcing, scenario planning, and result augmentation.
- Ensure procurement technical excellence globally (TCO, SRM, market intelligence, risk management, innovation, digital, CSR, HSE, compliance, quality).
- Create and deliver category strategy from creation through execution.
- Oversee key account management for strategic suppliers.
Qualifications:
- 6+ years of Procurement experience.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
- Strong negotiation skills with demonstrated cost-savings.
- Knowledge of bioprocess procurement value chain (R&D to Commercial).
- Excellent stakeholder management.
- Knowledge of bioprocess suppliers’ landscape and capabilities; experience managing complex supplier relationships.
Preferred:
- Sourcing experience in Pharmaceuticals, Aerospace, Automotive, or FMCG.
Language:
- Excellent English required; French is a plus.
