Global Category Buy BioProcess Raw Materials

Main Responsibilities:
- Develop innovative category strategies with measurable benefit.
- Negotiate worldwide and deliver savings through anticipation and consolidation of business needs, including robust negotiation plan preparation.
- Negotiate large complex Bioprocess Master Supply Agreements or performance-based contracts.
- Drive transversal category initiatives to build state-of-the-art practices and sourcing innovation.
- Conduct Business Review meetings with suppliers.
- Leverage generative and predictive AI for sourcing, scenario, and result augmentation.
- Ensure global procurement technical excellence (TCO, SRM, market intelligence, risk management, innovation, digital, CSR, HSE, compliance, quality).
- Create and deliver category strategy from creation to execution.
- Manage Global Business Reviews with strategic partners.
- Oversee key account management for strategic suppliers and manage relationships.

Basic Qualifications:
- 6+ years of Procurement experience.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
- Strong negotiation skills with significant cost-savings achievements.
- Understanding of raw materials (BioProcess procurement value chain from R&D to Commercial).
- Excellent stakeholder management.
- Knowledge of bioprocess suppliers’ landscape and capabilities.
- Experience managing complex supplier relationships.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Sourcing experience in Pharmaceuticals, Aerospace, Automotive, or FMCG.

Skills/Language:
- Excellent command of English (French a plus).
