Role: Global Brand Director for GI Cancer leading global commercial strategy and lifecycle management for an ADC asset, including launch, growth, and pipeline indications. Responsibilities: develop differentiated brand strategies, lead market shaping initiatives, oversee launch readiness, and facilitate cross-functional collaboration across marketing, analytics, medical affairs, clinical development, regulatory, and market access. Drive evidence generation and customer insights to maximize patient and business impact; manage a global brand budget; lead strategic planning and portfolio decisions; and represent commercial perspectives in governance forums. Special focus on the CG-02 indication, preparing for regulatory milestones, and developing market access strategies. Includes a structured six-month rotation within China's oncology organization to gain insights into the gastric cancer landscape in Asia, support regional strategy, and foster global-local knowledge exchange. Requirements: Bachelor's degree, 10+ years in pharma, with strong oncology commercialization expertise, proven pre-launch and launch success, strategic marketing and market research skills, clinical/scientific acumen, cross-functional leadership, and financial competence. Desirable: experience in GI oncology, ADCs, biomarker-driven therapies, and global markets; advanced degree preferred. High-value specifics: focus on gastric cancer, ADC modality, late-stage development, global cross-market collaboration, and China/Asia regional insights. Location: role involves international collaboration and a China rotation. Compensation: competitive salary, incentive bonuses, and long-term incentives.
