Role Summary

Global Brand Leader to lead the global commercial strategy for Organon’s Henlius biosimilars portfolio. Preferably based in Europe. Reports to the Biosimilars Commercial Lead.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and oversee implementation of long-term and short-term strategies for the Henlius portfolio. Set goals, identify key milestones, and align the portfolio with the company’s objectives. Regularly review strategies to respond to market conditions and opportunities.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with ORD, OMS and Commercial, facilitating collaboration and communication to drive project success and resolve conflicts.
  • Performance Monitoring: Establish metrics and KPIs to track portfolio success. Review performance data, generate reports, and present findings to senior management. Use insights to optimize outcomes.
  • Financial Oversight: Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for the Henlius portfolio. Ensure launches are financially viable within budgets and seek opportunities to maximize ROI.

Qualifications

  • Strong industry knowledge with a proven track record of commercializing biosimilars/pharma brands within country and ideally regionally or globally.
  • Minimum 8 years’ experience advising a multinational/global pharmaceutical company with understanding of commercial strategy, operations and technologies.
  • Bachelor of Arts or Science; MBA preferred.
  • Experience in complex or matrixed environments; biosimilars experience preferred.
  • Leadership in development of brand strategy, positioning, and marketing from launch.
  • Strategic leadership, problem solving, teamwork, analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to leverage innovation, including digital channels of customer engagement, to drive results.
  • Collaboration and influencing without authority; success with cross-functional teams.
