Role: Global Brand Director of Biosimilars, responsible for leading the commercial strategy and successful launch of upcoming biosimilar products to ensure global patient access. Responsibilities include developing market-specific brand plans, leading cross-functional launch teams, overseeing end-to-end execution, and managing lifecycle activities to maximize product success. The role entails close collaboration with regional teams, providing commercial input for development and lifecycle management programs, and fostering high-performing marketing and sales teams. Requirements: minimum 7 years in pharma or life sciences industry, with at least 3 years in senior marketing/sales leadership roles; proven experience in launching branded products internationally, ideally in biosimilars or related areas; strong leadership and cross-cultural collaboration skills; bachelor’s degree required, master’s preferred; familiarity with digital marketing strategies.
