Objetivo del puesto El objetivo del puesto es liderar la estrategia integral de licitaciones para el canal institucional, asegurando una participación competitiva, rentable y totalmente alineada con los estándares globales de compliance de la compañía, con el objetivo de maximizar el acceso de los productos al sistema de salud público. Responsabilidades Definir e implementar la estrategia de licitaciones alineada con Market Access global/regional y monitorear el entorno competitivo y tendencias del sector público de salud. Liderar el proceso end‑to‑end de licitaciones: evaluación go/no‑go, análisis de bases y riesgos, desarrollo de propuestas técnico‑económicas, sometimiento, seguimiento y cierre hasta adjudicación. Diseñar y validar estrategias de pricing institucional junto con equipos globales/regionales, considerando políticas de precios internacionales (IRP) y el impacto en otros mercados. Asegurar cumplimiento estricto de políticas globales de compliance, regulación local (p. ej. COFEPRIS, Ley de Adquisiciones) y lineamientos anticorrupción; liderar auditorías internas y externas relacionadas. Coordinar de forma cross‑functional con Medical Affairs, Legal & Compliance, Finance, Supply Chain y Government Affairs para gestionar riesgos legales, financieros y reputacionales y garantizar la ejecución contractual. Impulsar mejoras operativas (digitalización, estandarización, best practices) y liderar/gestionar al equipo de licitaciones para alcanzar objetivos de desempeño y calidad. ¿Qué estamos buscando? Requisitos mandatorios Licenciatura en ingeniería industrial, economía, negocios internacionales o afines. Experiencia reciente (últimos 3 años) en venta directa en Instituciones públicas (IMSS, ISSSTE, IMSS-Bienestar) Manejo de distribuidores farmacéuticos. Experiencia liderando equipos de trabajo. Requisitos deseables Maestría en Administración Especialización en Market Access / Health Economics Inglés intermedio - avanzado Manejo de auditorías directas como indirectas de otras áreas. Why GSK?
