Role: Full Stack AI Engineer supporting Bristol Myers Squibbβs AI-first, agile product team within Global Development Operations (GDO). Responsibilities: design, develop, and operate AI-native products utilizing large language models, agentic workflows, and data-driven solutions; collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to embed AI into clinical and operational workflows; build secure, scalable applications using Python, React, Java, and Node.js; support and enhance SaaS and in-house applications ensuring high availability; implement monitoring, governance, and model performance management; incorporate microservices, APIs, and middleware within enterprise systems; ensure compliance with data governance and security standards. Requirements: minimum 5 years of software engineering experience, Bachelorβs in Computer Science or related field; practical expertise with Generative and Agentic AI tools (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex); proficiency in Python, React, Java/TypeScript; experience with REST APIs, cloud platforms like AWS (Lambda, S3, Bedrock, SageMaker); strong data analytics skills (SQL/NoSQL); demonstrated success in delivering complex regulated solutions; excellent communication and collaborative skills. Preferred: Pharma/Life Sciences experience.
