Finance Manager
What You Will Do
- Drive improvements in financial planning and reporting through global process mapping, standardization, and technology enablement; streamline workflows, enhance planning models, and implement scalable automated solutions.
FP&A Transformation & Process Improvement
- Lead or support FP&A transformation across budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, management reporting, and performance management.
- Conduct stakeholder interviews; create process maps; perform fit-gap analyses; design standardized, scalable FP&A processes.
- Drive process standardization and simplification; identify automation and efficiency opportunities.
- Prepare and execute change management plans, including training and communications, to ensure adoption of standardized processes, templates, metrics, and ways of working.
Technology & Enablement
- Partner with Finance and Technology to implement and enhance planning systems, data models, AI agent use, and reporting tools.
Project Management & Governance
- Manage end-to-end project delivery (timelines, milestones, risks, stakeholder alignment).
- Track progress, adoption, and benefits realization of transformation initiatives.
Basic Qualifications
- Master’s degree AND 2 years of Finance experience; OR Bachelor’s degree AND 4 years; OR Associate’s degree AND 8 years; OR High school diploma/GED AND 10 years.
Preferred Qualifications
- FP&A, finance transformation, or process improvement experience.
- Strong project management and change management skills.
- Experience with financial systems/data tools/automation (e.g., Anaplan, SAP, Power BI).
- Ability to map processes, manage stakeholders, and deliver scalable solutions.
