Float Phlebotomist

Role: Phlebotomist Float responsible for blood collection, specimen processing, and patient service across multiple sites in Ft. Wayne, IN. Objectives include efficient blood draw procedures, accurate data entry, specimen preparation, and maintaining high-quality patient interactions. Responsibilities encompass performing venipuncture, handling various specimen types, administrative duties, and travel between sites as needed. Requirements: High school diploma or GED; preferred 1+ year of phlebotomy experience or certification from an accredited agency; strong customer service and communication skills; ability to work independently; valid driver’s license; pass color blindness test; at least 21 years old.
