Float Phlebotomist

Role: Float Phlebotomist providing blood collection and specimen handling services across multiple sites in Vancouver and Portland. Responsibilities: perform venipuncture and capillary draws, process and prepare specimens, ensure accurate data entry, manage billing and payments, and deliver excellent customer service. Flexibility to travel and work variable hours, including overtime and rotating Saturdays, is required. Qualifications: Washington State Phlebotomy license (MA-P), valid driver’s license, 21+ years old; preferred certifications or 1+ years mobile phlebotomy experience, completed through accredited programs. High-Value: mobile phlebotomy, specimen collection, client service, blood draws from all age groups, work in clinical or client settings, and compliance with state licensing standards. WorkSetup: field-based with site travel, flexible hours, and potential for quarterly performance bonus and incentive pay.
