Float Phlebotomist

Role: Phlebotomist Float providing blood collection services across multiple sites within the Shiloh, IL area. Objectives include performing venipuncture and capillary draws, specimen processing, and delivering excellent patient care. Responsibilities encompass data entry, specimen handling, billing, and administrative duties, with travel to additional sites as needed. Requirements: High school diploma or GED; preferred 1+ year of phlebotomy experience or certification from an accredited agency; strong customer service and communication skills; ability to work independently or in teams; valid driver’s license with a clean record; pass color blindness test; minimum age 21. High-Value: Focus on clinical specimen collection in diagnostic and drug testing contexts, with flexibility to work variable hours including some overtime and travel.
