General Summary
- Senior Manager, FP&A providing financial leadership and strategic support to the U.S. Kidney team, shaping near- and long-term financial goals and resource allocation.

Key Duties And Responsibilities
- Provide financial leadership and strategic guidance to functional leaders supporting the U.S. Kidney business.
- Drive financial performance management (objective setting, budget vs. actuals, monthly forecasts), communicating key drivers, outcome ranges, and implications for operations.
- Drive financial planning (budget, forecast, long-range plan), develop scenarios, and identify risks/uncertainties and mitigation plans.
- Collaborate with the CFO organization to maintain continuous improvement, communications, and efficient processes.
- Identify and drive process improvement opportunities across global finance.
- Ensure financial integrity, governance, and compliance.
- Define and monitor business KPIs and identify opportunities to expand patient access in the U.S.

Knowledge And Skills / Qualifications
- Pharmaceutical industry experience with finance business partnering with senior/executive leaders.
- Strong financial/analytical/problem-solving skills; experience with portfolio analysis, valuation, ROI/ROIC, forecasting, and commercial finance.
- Communication/influencing skills; ability to lead through change in a cross-functional, matrixed, global environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Hyperion.

Education And Experience
- B.A./B.S. in Finance or Accounting; typically 8 years relevant experience.

Compensation / Flex
- Pay range: $134,400–$201,600; eligible for annual bonus and annual equity awards.
- Hybrid/On-site options: remote up to 2 days/week (Hybrid) or 5 days/week on-site with ad hoc flexibility (On-Site).
