Your Role: Financial Analyst – Manufacturing Operations

Responsibilities:
- Ensure a true and fair view of the site’s financial position by managing monthly, quarterly, and yearly closes in compliance with US GAAP, company policies, and SOX expectations.
- Lead business planning and forecasting (strategic and 12-month plans), incorporating demand, headcount, capital projects, and expenses.
- Drive production profitability through what-if analyses on raw materials, equipment cycle times, and staffing; benchmark Winslow against other sites.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to Site and Corporate management; coach non-financial staff on financial matters and influence cross-functional decisions.
- Manage financial control of company assets (inventory and fixed assets), ensuring accurate product costing and valuation.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 5+ years in a financial role (or MBA in finance with strong business support/controllership track record).
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel; strong analytical/problem-solving skills with basic manufacturing knowledge.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Manufacturing experience.
- SAP or other ERP experience.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (Operations, R&D, Procurement).
- Ability to link financial results to operational drivers and generate alternatives.
- Strong communication across diverse cultures and management styles.

Additional Information:
- Travel: Up to 25% depending on location.
- Hours: Off-hours support (evenings/weekends) may be required for process issues/outages.
