Finance Training & Communication Coordinator

Responsibilities:
- Partner with Senior Finance Leaders and SMEs to identify training needs and translate requirements into high-impact global training sessions.
- Own and maintain SharePoint sites and other knowledge systems to ensure finance training materials are precise and accessible.
- Create simple Power BI dashboards or presentations to track training progress and report team performance insights.
- Work with internal communications to promote finance achievements and training milestones across the organization.
- Facilitate workshops to promote process improvement and share best practices within the finance community.

Minimum qualifications:
- Exceptional written and spoken English; ability to present ideas clearly to various stakeholders.
- Proven experience coordinating projects, events, or training programs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint; ability to build basic reports or dashboards.
- Ability to interact professionally with senior management on a global scale.
- Proactive self-starter who enjoys organizing people and information in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred qualifications:
- Experience or education in Finance/Accounting (e.g., basic principles or SAP).
- Experience with Project Management methodologies or Continuous Improvement (Lean/Six Sigma) tools.
- Experience creating engaging visual content for presentations or training modules.
