Responsibilities:
- Review wholesaler product orders vs. historical customer purchase trends, customer inventory DOH, and internal product availability; ensure proper product allocation into the marketplace and corresponding wholesaler inventory days-on-hand.
- Administer Specialty Distribution Service Agreements (SDSA): calculate wholesaler performance (purchase stability, inventory DOH, order fulfillment rates, EDI timeliness/accuracy); present weekly/monthly performance packages.
- Support commercial β€œto-market” sales: provide supply-channel analytical support and weekly insights to Commercial Forecasting; originate and execute required analyses and make timely data-driven recommendations.
- Fulfill specialty distributor/pharmacy orders by coordinating with Customer Service, Trade, Warehousing, and Transportation; reach out to stakeholders, build consensus, and execute under tight timelines.
- Perform quality control on financial/data integrity, completeness, and accuracy.

Qualifications:
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or general business (CPA or CMA a plus).
- 7–10 years business experience (preferably pharmaceutical); 6–8 years commercial finance/cost accounting/auditing/financial reporting or FP&A.
- Strong Microsoft Excel; SAP/BPC/BIP; forecast modeling/scenario planning; data presentation; PowerPoint experience preferred.
