Finance Manager (JJT Finance) β€” Innovative Medicine Technology Finance

Responsibilities:
- Lead FP&A: forecasting, reporting, and strategic planning for technology investments.
- Provide budgeting leadership for forecast updates and quarterly/full-year processes.
- Deliver insights to influence capital allocation and cost optimization.
- Partner with JJT partners/Portfolio team to support strategic initiatives and SigniFi adoption.
- Manage 4 analysts (talent development and performance).
- Drive continuous improvement via process automation, benchmarking, and value stream mapping.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies/governance; standardize accounting/reporting via guidance and training.
- Liaison across Commercial Regions; support ongoing global ad hoc requests.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required (Finance/Accounting/Economics preferred); MBA preferred.
- 5+ years finance experience; prior people leadership strongly preferred.
- Advanced Excel required; SAP/TM1 experience preferred.
- Preferred: FP&A, budgeting, financial reporting; strong business partnering/communication in global, multicultural settings.
- Required: process-driven, fast-paced problem-solving; influencing, independent thinking, planning/prioritization; interact with senior management; cross-functional partnership; manage multiple priorities.
- Strong influencing and exceptional planning/prioritization abilities required.
- Strong preferred digital/analytical skills (e.g., Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau); TM1/SAP familiarity preferred.
- Location: Titusville, NJ; New Brunswick, NJ; or Raritan, NJ; up to 10% travel.

Preferred skills: Budget management; expense controls; financial analysis/forecasting/reports; internal controls; process improvements; Sarbanes-Oxley compliance; strategic thinking; training/people management.
