Role Summary

Finance Manager, Immunology IMCO — provides FP&A support to International Immunology Brand Team(s), collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to analyze LBEs, Plan, Update and LRP, and drive reporting for Immunology.

Responsibilities

  • Drive financial analysis and provide strategic input for INTL Immunology products during all financial cycles and month-end/quarterly reporting.
  • Partner with the IMCO Immunology Commercial teams to provide ad hoc support and analysis, volume forecasts, and pre-launch and on-market analysis.
  • Operate independently to prepare relevant variance analysis for each planning cycle and develop meaningful management reporting schedules for direct areas supported.
  • Assist in maintenance and development of new and existing tools (e.g., Commercial Model, Scenario Planning) in support of planning cycles and ad hoc analysis.
  • Create and prepare templates and presentations for annual LRP and Plan processes.
  • Develop financial models and scenarios to support decision-making processes and evaluate the financial impact of various strategic initiatives.
  • Lead the monthly performance reviews from a finance perspective and provide meaningful commentary and insight.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting.
  • 7+ years of relevant finance/accounting experience.
  • Self-starter with strong financial, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills (oral and written).
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines while balancing competing priorities.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and build strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
