Finance Manager GTN and Pricing (Preferred locations: Cincinnati, OH and Raritan, NJ; up to 5% domestic travel)
Responsibilities:
- Lead commercial gross-to-net and price consolidation, analysis, and strategic review insights.
- Lead gross-to-net and price forecasting for Business Plan, June/November updates, LRFP, and MTP.
- Manage monthly/quarterly revenue entries and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Ensure accuracy/completeness/compliance of automated revenue accrual rates.
- Coordinate and frame monthly PVM and price submissions.
- Lead Commercial Finance SigniFi implementation (Anaplan, TransCend/TransAct).
- Coordinate quarterly/annual internal/external compliance, GAA rebate, and revenue controls.
- Enhance systems, analytics, and reporting tools.
- Provide oversight and development of 2 direct reports (plus dotted-line team members).
- Partner with IT teams to support interface data validation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required; finance/accounting major preferred.
- 5+ years professional experience in finance/accounting required.
- CPA/CMA or other financial certification preferred.
- Strong understanding of US GAAP, J&J WWP’s, and J&J finance methodologies preferred.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills; hands-on ownership; critical thinking and sound judgment.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and lead.
- Advanced Excel and financial systems (ERP/planning tools); Power BI/Alteryx preferred.
- Prior managerial/supervisory experience preferred.
- Demonstrated understanding of AI concepts/frameworks; ability to generate effective prompts for efficiency.
