Finance Manager (GTN and Pricing) β€” preferred locations: Cincinnati, OH or Raritan, NJ.

Responsibilities
- Lead commercial gross-to-net and price consolidation/analysis; frame insights for strategic business reviews.
- Lead gross-to-net and price forecasts for Business Plan, June update, November update, LRFP, and MTP.
- Own monthly/quarterly revenue entries and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Ensure accuracy/completeness/compliance of automated revenue accrual rates.
- Coordinate and frame monthly PVM and price submissions.
- Lead Commercial Finance SigniFi implementation (Anaplan, TransCend/TransAct).
- Coordinate and frame quarterly/annual internal/external compliance and GAA rebate & revenue controls.
- Enhance systems, analytics, and reporting tools.
- Provide oversight and development for 2 direct reports (plus dotted-line support).
- Partner with IT teams for interface data validation.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required (finance/accounting preferred).
- 5+ years professional experience in finance and/or accounting required.
- CPA/CMA (or similar) preferred.
- Preferred: strong working knowledge of US GAAP, J&J WWP’s, and J&J finance standard methodologies.
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills in cross-cultural teams.
- Proactive, hands-on ownership; sound judgment and critical thinking; continuous process improvement.
- Must work independently, manage multiple tasks, and lead in various areas.
- Preferred: strong financial analysis, business partnering, team building, influence management.
- Advanced Excel and financial systems (ERP/planning tools); Power BI and/or Alteryx preferred.
- Required: understanding of AI concepts/frameworks and responsible/ethical AI practices; experience generating effective prompts.
- Travel up to 5% domestic.
