Finance Manager, Compliance Transformation

Purpose:
Support the design and deployment of SigniFi - Finance digital transformation systems, processes, and controls, including supporting divestitures and acquisitions. Drive standardization and efficiencies across finance systems and processes and ensure robust compliance and control frameworks are embedded.

You Will Be Responsible For:
- Support design and deployment of SigniFi systems and processes across finance.
- Drive standardization and efficiencies in finance systems, processes, and controls.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance integration.
- Implement and monitor finance and business controls and processes across J&J and for related acquisitions; support divestiture efforts.
- Create/analyze data flows, process flows, and system architecture to identify risks and develop mitigating controls.
- Support external and internal audits of the SigniFi program by coordinating with control owners and performers.
- Evaluate emerging technologies for compliance readiness (e.g., data privacy).
- Support ISRM to ensure IAPP requirements and ITGCs are designed and operating effectively.
- Develop remediation plans for control deficiencies.
- Automate controls and compliance processes to enhance efficiency.
- Participate in compliance reporting and governance strategy design/execution.
- Maintain relationships across finance, IT, and audit teams.

Qualifications / Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.
- CPA, CMA, CISA, or equivalent certification preferred.
- 5+ years in finance, compliance, audit, or risk management.
- Working knowledge of risk frameworks, data flow mapping, and finance process design.
- Understanding of finance controls including SOX 404, FP&A, Consolidations, and Financial Reporting (US GAAP, IFRS).
- Experience with SAP S/4, Confluence, JIRA, and multi-ERP environments.
- Strong analytical/problem-solving skills; collaborative in a matrixed organization.
- Experience supporting digital transformation in finance.
