Role Summary

Finance Manager role supporting FP&A for the International Oncology Brand Team, with focus on Epkinly and other pipeline assets. Responsible for financial planning and analysis related to LRP, Plan, LBE, and providing decision-making support and recommendations to Senior Management. Collaborates cross-functionally and cross-geographically to monitor and plan asset performance for on-market and launch assets, and drives quarterly reporting for Oncology.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the planning and analysis of the Oncology Team for LRP and Plan, including Actuals, LBEs, and Updates.
  • Foster cross-functional working relationships with Commercial Areas & Affiliates to lead them through the Plan and LRP process.
  • Collaborate with IMCO Oncology Commercial teams to provide ad-hoc support and analysis, volume forecasts, and pre-launch and on-market analysis.
  • Manage requirements from Genmab.
  • Prepare variance analysis for each planning cycle and develop management reporting schedules for supported areas.
  • Create, develop, manage, and consolidate commercial models.
  • Prepare templates and presentations for annual LRP and Plan processes.
  • Provide insights into drivers of business and financial performance and risk; evaluate opportunities and make prioritization recommendations.
  • Develop financial models and scenarios to support decision-making and evaluate financial impact of strategic initiatives.
  • Lead monthly performance reviews from a finance perspective and provide insights.
  • Maintain high-impact business communication with a high degree of self-motivation and autonomy.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
  • 7+ years of relevant Finance/Accounting experience.
  • Self-starter with strong financial, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills (oral and written).
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines while balancing competing priorities.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and build relationships with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Knowledge of SAP, BPC, and Power BI is a plus.
