Role Summary

Finance Manager with FP&A responsibilities supporting International Oncology, focusing on Venetoclax, Etentamig, and other pipelines. Responsible for financial planning and analysis related to LRP, Plan, LBE, and decision-making support to Senior Management; collaborate cross-functionally and cross-geographically to monitor and plan asset performance and drive quarterly reporting for Oncology.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the planning and analysis of the Oncology Team for LRP and Plan, including Actuals, LBEs, and Updates.
  • Establish cross-functional working relationships with Commercial Areas & Affiliates to lead them through the Plan and LRP process.
  • Collaborate with the IMCO Oncology Commercial teams to provide ad-hoc support and analysis, volume forecasts, and pre-launch and on-market analysis.
  • Prepare variance analyses for each planning cycle and develop meaningful management reporting schedules for supported areas.
  • Create, develop, manage, and consolidate the commercial models.
  • Create and prepare templates and presentations for the annual LRP and Plan processes.
  • Provide management with insights into drivers of business and financial performance and risk; evaluate opportunities and make prioritization recommendations.
  • Develop financial models and scenarios to support decision-making and evaluate financial impact of strategic initiatives.
  • Lead monthly performance reviews from a finance perspective and provide insights.
  • Demonstrate high-impact business communication with autonomy and self-motivation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
  • 7+ years of relevant Finance/Accounting experience.
  • Self-starter with strong financial, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines while balancing competing priorities.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and build relationships with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Knowledge of SAP, BPC, and Power BI is a plus.
