Role Overview
Finance Management Hi-Po Leadership Development Program: 2–3-year enterprise leadership accelerator for high-potential MBA graduates to influence financial strategy in a fast-growing, innovation-driven biotech organization. Through 3–4 strategic rotations (8–12 months each), you will gain deep technical expertise and broad enterprise perspective.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete 3–4 strategic rotations (8–12 months each), potentially including Finance & Accounting, Procurement, Corporate Finance, and Internal Audit.
- Participate in a structured Leadership Development Series with executive mentorship focused on leading self and others, influencing senior stakeholders, and driving enterprise-wide business outcomes.
- Deliver high-impact business experiences and take on meaningful challenges that expand your enterprise impact.
Requirements
- Recent MBA graduate (Class of 2023–2026); concentration in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred.
- 2–3 years of professional experience with progressive responsibility and analytical rigor.
- Strong financial modeling, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated leadership potential and aspiration to grow into Director-level and broader enterprise finance leadership roles.
- Demonstrated skills in developing and implementing enterprise technology automation, visualization, and analytics solutions to improve productivity and performance.
