Finance Lead

Purpose:
The Finance Lead reports to the Associate Director, Immunology Finance and provides financial leadership and business support for FP&A for the Rheumatology business. Ensures compliance with financial policies and oversees FP&A activities for Actuals, Plan, Latest Best Estimates (LBEs), Long Range Plans (LRP), and ad hoc analysis to support day-to-day operations and the strategic plan for Rheumatology and Immunology.

Responsibilities:
- Track promotional, marketing, and sales force budgets for the US Rheumatology franchise; analyze monthly actual results vs. Plan/LBEs to identify risks and opportunities.
- Lead planning processes (Plan/LBE/LRP), ensuring deliverables are accurate, clear, and concise for management review and approval.
- Perform monthly close activities (including headcount reporting and variance analysis); prepare monthly management packages highlighting key stories and issues.
- Partner with the Business Unit Vice President and brand leads to understand business needs and deliver accurate, meaningful financials and insights.
- Lead financial reviews and approvals (purchase order requests and invoices).
- Lead and support ad hoc analysis, key projects, and process improvements.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting; CPA or MBA a plus.
- Minimum 6+ years of progressive and related experience.
- Strong financial, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficient Excel skills required.
- Knowledge of SAP and TM1 is a plus.
