As Finance Director, you’ll lead global financial operations for a $4B alliance with Regeneron, supporting the Dupixent franchise, Kevzara, and Itepekimab. This is a high-impact role with broad exposure, strategic influence, and leadership responsibility.

Main Responsibilities

• Lead all financial operations for the Dupixent, Kevzara, and Itepekimab alliance with Regeneron, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strategic alignment.
• Serve as the primary finance contact for Specialty Care Operations and the Global Kevzara GM.
• Coach and develop a team of three direct reports, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
• Drive alliance governance through leadership roles in key committees (JFC, JCC, JSC).
• Oversee global consolidation, reporting, and forecasting of alliance financials.
• Lead system and process improvements, including PowerBI, Plai, and automation initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, SOX controls, and audit readiness.

About You

• 10+ years experience in finance or accounting, ideally with exposure to alliance or commercial finance.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
• Experience in public accounting (Big 4 or regional firm) is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree required, Masters or CPA preferred.
• Comfortable working in a global, matrixed environment with diverse teams.
