Main Responsibilities
- Serve as the Finance voice of the Global Franchise; partner with New Product Planning, Business Development, R&D (Portfolio Review, Integrated P&Ls), Countries, Industrial Affairs, and Supply Chain (capacity planning, volumes analysis) to support the Franchise Head and Immunology Leadership team (strategy plans, business cases, performance reviews, quarterly planning).
- Own the Franchise Global Controlling & Reporting process: P&L, headcount, investments, and resource allocation during monthly close; investor relations; rolling forecast; budget and strategic planning; partner with the CoE to improve ways of working and drive efficiencies.
- Provide Launch Excellence Finance support for new assets: launch preparation, governance, execution monitoring; analyze financial performance by region and indication to inform resource allocation; collaborate with Market Access & Pricing, Forecasting, and Competitive Intelligence to assess external environment and financial impacts.
- Lead the Therapeutic Area global strategic planning process, including key investments (external partners, infrastructure, commercial operations, R&D/IA interface) and interaction with Sanofi Group Strategy, PFR team, and Finance leadership.
- Monitor forecast/performance vs. external consensus; support Investor Relations with key highlights for quarterly earnings calls and investor events.
- Prepare/present strategic investment projects and analysis for Sanofi Group/Leadership; act as Finance representative for TA strategic projects.

Qualifications
- Bachelorโ€™s degree in finance/accounting or related field required; masterโ€™s degree (finance or sciences) or MBA preferred.
- 10+ years professional finance/accounting experience required.
- 2+ years business partnering experience with commercial teams required.
- Advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- BOOST TM1 and ThinkCell knowledge preferred.
- Strategic agility, strong communication (presentations, written), interpersonal skills, stakeholder influence, and ability to work in a highly matrixed environment.
- Global/international experience and ability to work with diverse teams preferred.
