Corporate Functions
Main Responsibilities:
- Serve as Finance voice of the Global Franchise; partner with New Product Planning, Business Development, R&D, Countries, Industrial Affairs & Supply Chain; support Franchise/Immunology Leadership on strategy plans, business cases, performance reviews, and quarterly landing.
- Own Franchise Global Controlling & Reporting (P&L, headcount, investments, resource allocation) across monthly close, investor relations, rolling forecast, budget, and strategic planning; work with the CoE to improve ways of working and efficiencies.
- Provide Launch Excellence Finance support for new assets (launch preparation, governance, execution monitoring); analyze financial performance by region/indication to inform resource allocation; partner with Market Access & Pricing, Forecasting, and Competitive Intelligence.
- Lead global strategic planning for the therapeutic area and interactions with Sanofi Group Strategy, PFR, and Finance leadership.
- Monitor forecast/performance vs external consensus; support Investor Relations for quarterly earnings call highlights and investor events.
- Prepare and present strategic investment projects/analysis; serve as Finance representative for TA strategic projects.

Qualifications:
- Bachelorโ€™s degree in finance, accounting, or related field (required); Masterโ€™s preferred (finance or sciences/MBA).
- 10+ years finance/accounting or related experience (required).
- 2+ years business partnering to commercial teams (required).

Skills/Preferred:
- Advanced Excel (pivot tables, V-lookups).
- BOOST TM1 and ThinkCell (preferred).
- Strategic agility, strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to influence senior stakeholders, work in a matrixed environment; global/international experience (preferred).
