Role Summary

Finance Director - Global Dupixent, Dermatology. Location: Morristown, NJ; Cambridge, MA. Lead for the Global Dermatology Franchise finances within the Global Immunology Alliance, overseeing financial matters for the Global Commercial Organization and coordinating across the full P&L and Value Chain, including collaboration with Regeneron.

Responsibilities

  • Finance voice of the Global Dermatology Alliance franchise, supporting the Dermatology Leadership team, strategy plans, business cases, performance reviews, quarterly landing, and collaboration with Industrial Affairs/Supply Chain and R&D.
  • Manage Franchise Global Controlling & Reporting processes including P&L, headcount, investments, and resource allocation during monthly close, rolling forecast, budget, and strategic planning; partner with the CoE to improve efficiency.
  • Provide Launch Excellence Finance support for Dermatology launches, including governance, resource allocation decisions, and coordination with Market Access, Pricing, Forecasting, and Competitive Intelligence.
  • Contribute to the financial component of Global Strategic Planning for Therapeutic Areas, overseeing investments and interaction with Group Strategy and finance leadership.
  • Monitor performance versus external consensus and support Investor Relations for quarterly earnings highlights; prepare and present strategic investment analyses; act as Finance representative for strategic projects; participate in the Regeneron alliance matters for Dupixent.

Qualifications

  • Required: Minimum 10 years of professional experience in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Required: At least 2 years of experience in Business Partnering to commercial teams.

Skills

  • Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and intellectual curiosity.
  • Strategic agility with big-picture orientation; effective communication (presentations, listening, written).
  • Interpersonal skills, business partnering, collaboration; ability to influence senior stakeholders and operate in a matrix environment.
  • Global or international experience and ability to work with diverse teams (preferred).

Education

  • Bachelorโ€šร„รดs degree in Finance or Accounting or related field required; Masterโ€šร„รดs in Finance or Sciences/MBA preferred.
