Filling Set-up Sr. Technician, Operations - Onsite

Role: Senior Technician in Pharmaceutical Operations supporting drug product development and GMP clinical supply in sterile filling at Rahway, NJ. Responsibilities: perform hands-on sterile filling, lyophilization, capping, and equipment set-up; troubleshoot process and automation systems including robotic, vision, PLC, and HMI interfaces; maintain GMP documentation, environmental sampling, and cleanroom protocols; support equipment commissioning, qualification, and continuous improvement initiatives; collaborate with formulation, engineering, Quality, Safety, and Facilities teams. Requirements: high school diploma or equivalent; at least 2 years' experience operating complex high-speed manufacturing equipment, preferably in regulated biotech/pharma environment; proficiency with GMP, electronic documentation, and automation systems; ability to lift 50 lbs, gown in cleanroom conditions, and work flexible overtime; strong communication skills. Preferred: associate degree or technical certification in related fields such as Mechanical or Electrical Technology; experience with aseptic processing, isolators, sterile manufacturing, or ERP systems like SAP; familiarity with GMP regulations and bio/pharma manufacturing standards.
